CardBinder AI ("the Service") is operated by Ian Powell ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. Contact: support@cardbinderai.com.

1. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service for lawful, personal collection-management purposes and to keep your account credentials confidential.

2. Intellectual property

The Service is an independent tool. All third-party trademarks, card names, set names, and related identifiers remain the property of their respective owners and are referenced for identification only.

3. Pricing and market data

Market values shown are estimates aggregated from third-party sources and are provided for informational purposes only. They are not financial advice.

4. User content

You retain ownership of photos and data you upload. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to operate the Service for you.

5. Payments, subscriptions and billing

Paid plans (such as Pro and Dealer) are sold on a recurring subscription basis and renew automatically at the interval shown at checkout (monthly or yearly) until cancelled. Fees, taxes, billing cycles, payment methods, invoicing, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms. You can cancel at any time from Settings or via paddle.net; access continues until the end of your current paid period. Upgrades and downgrades between paid plans take effect immediately without proration.

6. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in-app.
